Shipping Information

Please be advised of the following important information regarding our shipping policies:

Free Ground Shipping on Orders $100+

Free ground shipping is currently offered on orders over $100. Free ground shipping applies to orders shipped to continental US addresses (No PO Boxes) and only applies to orders under 100 pounds. Discount is applied automatically at checkout once an order value of $100 or more is added to the cart. No code is necessary.

Orders placed for in-stock items are usually shipped within 1 business day from acceptance of order. Any shipping time frames exclude weekends or holidays.

Expedited shipping options will ship the same day only if the order is received prior to 1 pm EST Monday through Friday. Please note, expedited shipping may not be available for all items (such as aerosols). If you specifically need UPS Next Day or UPS Second Day shipping, please contact our Chris Christensen Customer Care Team at 1-800-654-7006.

Standard orders are shipped via UPS or USPS at the discretion of our warehouse. If you have any shipping limitations, please indicate at checkout in the special instructions box, what delivery restrictions may be required. Also include a daytime phone number and email address.

We reserve the right to change these free shipping offers at any time. Free shipping generally will be limited to the Contiguous US (excludes Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico), Free Shipping may exclude orders with aerosols, heavy items, large items and orders over 100 pounds. We reserve the right to make all determinations impacting any Free Shipping offer.

Chris Christensen is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages due to a package being left at the door, or if there were any typos entered in the shipping address at the time of placing the order.

Third-Party Shippers

Customers may choose to use third-party shipping services for the delivery of their orders. Please note that while we ensure the quality and condition of our products at the time of dispatch, we cannot control the handling and care taken by third-party shippers and will not be held responsible for any damage that occurs to the products during transit by third-party shipping services. Our orders are only guaranteed until the order arrives at the destination listed on the order. After the product is delivered to that destination, the responsibility for safe delivery lies with the chosen shipping service. We will not refund any orders that have been damaged by a third party. In the event of a damage claim, customers are required to provide a photograph of the shipping label. If the label in the photograph does not match our original shipping label, we will be unable to offer a replacement or refund for the damaged goods. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Return and Exchange Policy

You may return/exchange most items* within 30 days of receipt of your order for a full refund or exchange provided the items are in their original packaging and are in new and re-salable condition. Any return that has been used will be issued a 20% restocking fee.

Between 30 and 90 days of receipt of your order you may return/exchange most items* and receive a store credit in the amount of the return provided the items are returned in their original packaging and are in new and re-salable condition. A 15% restocking fee may apply to any returned items and is applied to any item that shipped to you directly from the manufacturer.

Shears Return Information At Chris Christensen, we take pride in delivering premium-quality grooming tools to our valued customers. Each pair of shears is meticulously crafted to meet the highest standards of performance and durability. Please note for shears returned for any reason other than a manufacturing defect, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. It is important to note that we do not accept used shears for return. Shears must be returned in their original, unused condition, including all packaging materials and accessories. Returning shears that do not meet the above conditions may result in the refusal of the return or additional charges. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our return policy to ensure the highest quality experience for all our customers.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are refundable only in the event of the following:

  • Manufacturer's defect
  • Items shipped in error
  • Damaged product shipped
  • Items damaged in shipping

If this applies to the items being returned, please contact our Customer Care Team to assist you. If items were damaged in shipping, our Customer Care Team will take corrective action based on the extent of the damage. You will be required to retain all packaging so that a shipping claim can be processed. If merchandise is received damaged or defective, we request that you call our Customer Care Team within 10 days of receipt as damaged shipping claims are time-sensitive.

Return/Exchange Instructions:

  1. In order to process your return/exchange, complete the Return Form provided on the back of your packing slip. If you do not have a copy of the Return Form you can download and print one by clicking here.
  2. Enclose the Return Form along with the items you are returning.
  3. Items returned should be shipped to the following address:

Chris Christensen is not responsible for returns damaged in transit or mis-delivered. Outbound shipping charges may apply to exchanges.

Helpful Hints for Returning Products

  1. Wrap package securely, including packing materials for delicate items
  2. Be sure to reference Chris Christensen Customer Care Team - Return on the address label. This will assure that your return reaches our Chris Christensen Customer Care Team as soon as it arrives.
  3. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment and save your shipping receipt and your tracking information until your return is processed.

Reporting Damaged or Missing Items

All damages or missing items must be reported within 10 days after the order has been shipped to the address listed on the order. No exceptions will be made.

Unauthorized Reselling

We hold our distributors in the utmost regard. If we suspect any unauthorized reselling of our products, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.
