Thank you for your continued patience and support as we work toward bringing you new and improved grooming dryers. About a year ago, we made the difficult decision to discontinue our previous dryer models so that future models could meet the highest safety and performance standards, including full electrical certification. We promised you certification, and we remain steadfast in delivering on that promise.
Since then, our team has been dedicated to developing dryers that not only exceed expectations but also meet the rigorous standards necessary to ensure the safety of you, your clients, and their pets. While we don’t have a confirmed release date just yet, we want to assure you that development is ongoing. The delay is a result of our commitment to excellence—because when it comes to performance and safety, we won’t settle for less than exceptional.
As the previous dryers have been discontinued and we are no longer able to source replacement parts, we are unable to offer maintenance or repairs. We understand this may be frustrating and suggest reaching out to a local appliance repair shop if service is needed, though please note that we are unable to provide any parts.
